Event details

Hands on exploration of the principles of spectrometry, a perfect time to try it out for yourself!

  • Saturday, May 31, 2-4pm
  • location: MAGNET, NYU School of Engineering, 2 MetroTech Center, downtown Brooklyn, NY 11201: directions
  • part of Science Hack Day: Science In The City
  • This will be part of the Citizen Science Explorers Program, where you can learn how to participate in a range of urban science projects
  • the day-long event will be running from 10:00 AM - midnight, but our spectrometry workshop will be 2-4pm.
  • foldable and desktop spectrometers will be available to purchase if you'd like to assemble your own!
