I have captured some spectra on my iPad. I saved the image and emailed it to my self as a JPG. This was then uploaded to the SpectralWorkbench but it will not produce and plots of spectra. It just has the spinny wheel that never stops.

Ah, i think you may need to shrink them in size. Extremely large images can choke the system which converts the images to graphed data, unfortunately.
